Lovely coasters. Safely wrapped and delivered, fairly promptly.
Very pleased with the slate cheeseboard. The cheeseboard was packed very well and very quick and efficient delivery.
When the order arrived one part of my order was missing and I called the company to let them know. They rectified the matter and delivered the missing item the next day. So although not absolutely smooth, the fact that they sorted out a problem promptly shows that customer service is good so I would still categorise them as 5 stars.

The coasters were lovely, unfortunately they didn't come in a nice presentation box. Also it asks youto send a message if it's a gift which was just printed on a plain piece of paper not even headed with your company details.

Lovely wood but at small! Wouldn't get much cheese on it

The pocket flask makes a high-quality impression, but it remains to be seen how leak-proof it is. Tests with water went well. However, it is smaller than expected, even though the dimensions were correctly displayed. Sometimes your own perception is different. Nevertheless, I can highly recommend the flask.
