Is your glassware dishwasher safe?

Yes, our glassware is dishwasher safe, but we recommend hand washing in warm, soapy water with a gentle detergent to preserve the decoration and clarity over time.

Can I put your glassware in the microwave?

No. Our glassware is not microwave safe. Exposure to high heat or sudden temperature changes can damage the glass or decorative elements.

How should I handle and store glassware?

Hold glassware by the base or stem to avoid putting pressure on the decoration. Do not stack glasses - store them upright or use dividers. You can also keep them in their original gift box for safe storage.

What should I do about hard water deposits?

If mineral deposits appear, soak the glassware in a 50/50 solution of water and white vinegar for a few minutes. Gently scrub with a soft brush, rinse thoroughly, and dry with a soft cloth.
